Northeast Benton County Volunteer Fire Department Levy of Dues If the levy of the volunteer fire department dues is approved, the dues shall be listed annually on real property tax statements and collected at the same time and in the same manner as real property taxes. The levy of annual dues on each residence and on each business having an occupiable structure located in the designated area of the Northeast Benton County Volunteer Fire Department based on the following with a 4% increase beginning January 1, 2027 and increasing 4% each year for 10 years, ending January 1, 2037.
