Rogers Park and Recreational Improvement Bonds — Benton County

Bonds of the City in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $81, 500,000 for the purpose of financing all or a portion of the costs of park and recreational facilities and improvements and any necessary land acquisition and parking, furnishings, equipment, drainage, flood control, lighting, road, trail, and utility improvements therefor and, in order to pay the bonds, the levy and pledge of a 1% local sales and use tax within the City.
